Composition
Each tablet contains Calcium Aspartate 1120 mg, Calcitriol 0.25 mcg, Mecobalamin 1500 mcg, Magnesium 50 mg, Zinc 7.5 mg, Vitamin K2-7 45 mcg, L-Methylfolate 1 mg, and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 0.5 mg.
Features / Experimentation
Bonmin K2 Tablets are a comprehensive bone health and nutritional supplement formulated with Calcium Aspartate, Calcitriol, Vitamin K2-7, Mecobalamin, L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, Magnesium, and Zinc. The formulation supports calcium absorption, bone mineralization, and bone strength while helping maintain healthy nerve function and normal musculoskeletal health. Vitamin K2-7 ensures proper calcium utilization by directing calcium into bones, thereby supporting optimal bone density and reducing inappropriate calcium deposition in soft tissues.
Indications
Bonmin K2 Tablets are indicated for the treatment and prevention of calcium and Vitamin D deficiency states.
Pharmacodynamics
Calcium Aspartate provides a highly bioavailable source of calcium essential for bone formation and maintenance. Calcitriol, the active form of Vitamin D, enhances intestinal calcium absorption, promotes calcium homeostasis, and directly suppresses parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion. Vitamin K2-7 activates osteocalcin, a bone matrix protein produced by osteoblasts, enabling efficient binding of calcium to bone tissue and improving bone mineralization. Mecobalamin, L-Methylfolate, and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate support nerve health, DNA synthesis, and homocysteine metabolism, while Magnesium and Zinc serve as essential cofactors in bone metabolism, enzymatic reactions, and tissue repair. Together, these ingredients help maintain bone strength, skeletal integrity, and neuromuscular function.
Dosage and administration
The recommended dose is one tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician.
Contraindications
Bonmin K2 Tablets are contraindicated in patients with hypercalcaemia, Vitamin D toxicity, or known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or any component of the formulation.
