Each tablet contains Calcium Citrate Malate 250 mg, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 100 IU, and Folic Acid 50 mcg.

GCS Tablets are a calcium, vitamin D3, and folic acid supplement formulated to support bone health, calcium metabolism, and nutritional requirements during pregnancy, lactation, and growth. The formulation helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, improves calcium absorption, supports fetal development, and assists in preventing calcium and vitamin D deficiencies. It also provides folic acid to support healthy cell division and DNA synthesis.

GCS Tablets are indicated for the treatment and prevention of calcium and Vitamin D deficiency states, particularly during pregnancy, lactation, and periods of growth in children.

GCS Tablets combine Calcium Citrate Malate, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), and Folic Acid to support bone metabolism and overall nutritional health. Calcium Citrate Malate is a highly bioavailable, water-soluble calcium salt that is readily absorbed through both transcellular and paracellular pathways in the intestine. Calcium is incorporated into collagen fibrils, providing strength and rigidity to bones and teeth while also playing essential roles in muscle contraction, nerve transmission, blood coagulation, and numerous metabolic processes. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) enhances intestinal calcium absorption, maintains calcium and phosphate homeostasis, and supports normal bone mineralization. Folic Acid is an essential vitamin required for DNA synthesis, cell division, and the formation of red blood cells. During pregnancy, it supports rapid fetal growth and the normal development of fetal organs by facilitating healthy cellular proliferation.

The recommended dose is one to two tablets daily, or as directed by the physician.

GCS Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or formulation components. The product should not be used in patients with hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria, hypophosphatemia, nephrocalcinosis, nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), or severe renal impairment.
