Each tablet contains Methylcobalamin 500 mcg or 1500 mcg.

Meconerv Tablets contain Methylcobalamin, the active form of Vitamin B12, formulated to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency and support neurological health. The formulation promotes healthy nerve regeneration, supports myelin sheath synthesis, aids red blood cell production, and helps manage peripheral neuropathy and megaloblastic anaemia associated with Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Meconerv Tablets are indicated for the treatment of megaloblastic anaemia caused by Vitamin B12 deficiency and peripheral neuropathy.

Methylcobalamin is the biologically active form of Vitamin B12, essential for cell growth, DNA synthesis, hematopoiesis, and myelin sheath formation. It functions as a cofactor in the conversion of methylmalonate to succinate and the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine, both of which are critical for normal neurological function and cellular metabolism. Methylcobalamin promotes nerve regeneration, supports myelin maintenance, enhances nerve conduction, and contributes to healthy red blood cell production, making it beneficial in the management of Vitamin B12 deficiency-related neurological disorders and megaloblastic anaemia.

The recommended dose is Methylcobalamin 500 mcg three times daily or 1500 mcg once daily, or as directed by the physician. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's clinical response.

Meconerv Tablets are contraindicated in patients with Leber's disease, known hypersensitivity to Methylcobalamin, or any other component of the formulation.
