Neurica Capsules contain Pregabalin, an established treatment for neuropathic pain. The formulation helps reduce abnormal nerve pain signals, provides effective symptomatic relief from neuropathic pain, improves patient comfort, and enhances daily functioning and quality of life.

Neurica Capsules are indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain.

Pregabalin binds with high affinity to the alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This interaction reduces calcium influx into presynaptic nerve terminals, thereby decreasing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters involved in pain transmission. Through this mechanism, Pregabalin produces significant anti-nociceptive effects, helping relieve neuropathic pain and reduce abnormal neuronal excitability associated with peripheral nerve disorders.

The recommended dose is one capsule twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

Neurica Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any component of the formulation.
