Each capsule contains Pregabalin 75 mg and Methylcobalamin 750 mcg.

Neurica M Capsules combine the analgesic action of Pregabalin with the neurotrophic benefits of Methylcobalamin to help manage peripheral neuropathy. The formulation provides effective relief from neuropathic pain while promoting nerve regeneration, supporting myelin sheath repair, and improving overall nerve function.

Neurica M Capsules are indicated for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy in adult patients.

Neurica M Capsules combine Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin to provide symptomatic relief from neuropathic pain while supporting nerve repair. Pregabalin binds with high affinity to the alpha2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This reduces calcium influx into nerve terminals, decreases the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, and produces analgesic effects that help relieve neuropathic pain. Methylcobalamin, the active form of Vitamin B12, acts as a neurotrophic agent that promotes nerve cell growth, supports the synthesis of lecithin, a major component of the myelin sheath, and facilitates methylation of transfer RNA (t-RNA), an essential process in protein synthesis. It also stimulates methionine synthesis and helps restore normal RNA levels in nerve cells, thereby supporting nerve regeneration and improving neurological function.

The recommended dosage is two capsules twice daily (b.i.d.). Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dosage may be increased to four capsules daily in two divided doses after an interval of 3 to 7 days, or as directed by the physician.

Neurica M Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin, or any component of the formulation.
