Each tablet contains Mirabegron 25 mg or Mirabegron 50 mg.

Avomira Tablets contain Mirabegron, a selective beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that helps manage symptoms of overactive bladder. It relaxes the bladder during the storage phase, increases bladder capacity, and reduces urinary urgency, frequency, and urge urinary incontinence without exhibiting antimuscarinic activity.

Avomira Tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of urgency, increased micturition frequency, and urge urinary incontinence in patients with Overactive Bladder (OAB) syndrome.

Mirabegron is a selective beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that activates beta-3 receptors located in the detrusor smooth muscle of the urinary bladder. Activation of these receptors relaxes the detrusor muscle during the bladder filling phase, increasing bladder storage capacity without impairing bladder emptying. This results in a reduction in urinary urgency, urinary frequency, and episodes of urge urinary incontinence, thereby improving bladder control and quality of life in patients with overactive bladder syndrome.

The recommended starting dose is 25 mg once daily, taken with or without food. Clinical improvement is generally observed within 8 weeks. Based on individual patient response and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 50 mg once daily, or as directed by the physician.

There are no known contraindications to the use of Avomira Tablets. However, treatment should be initiated only under the supervision of a healthcare professional after appropriate patient evaluation.
