Each lotion contains Calamine 8%, Pramoxine Hydrochloride 1%, Menthol 0.05%, Tetrahydrocurcumin 0.1%, Aloe Vera 10%, Camphor 0.1%, Light Liquid Paraffin 10%, and Glycerin 5%.

Calosoft Plus Lotion is a multi-action topical formulation designed to provide rapid relief from itching, irritation, and dry skin. Enriched with Calamine, Pramoxine Hydrochloride, Menthol, Aloe Vera, Tetrahydrocurcumin, Camphor, Light Liquid Paraffin, and Glycerin, it soothes irritated skin, relieves pruritus, provides long-lasting hydration, and helps restore the skin's natural moisture barrier. Its cooling, moisturizing, and antioxidant properties make it suitable for managing various itchy and dry skin conditions.

Calosoft Plus Lotion is indicated as an antipruritic and soothing agent for the symptomatic relief of itching, skin irritation, dryness, and discomfort associated with various dermatological conditions.

Calamine acts as an antipruritic by providing a cooling and soothing effect that relieves itching and skin irritation. It also contains zinc oxide, which possesses mild antiseptic properties that help protect the skin from secondary infection caused by scratching. Pramoxine Hydrochloride is a topical anesthetic that reversibly blocks voltage-gated sodium channels, preventing nerve impulse transmission and reducing the sensation of itching and pain. Menthol activates TRPM8 cold-sensitive receptors in the skin, producing a cooling sensation that further alleviates discomfort. Tetrahydrocurcumin, a metabolite of curcumin, provides potent antioxidant activity by scavenging reactive oxygen species and helping protect skin cells from oxidative damage. Aloe Vera acts as a soothing emollient that hydrates, nourishes, and conditions the skin. Calosoft Plus Lotion is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to Calamine, Pramoxine Hydrochloride, Menthol, Tetrahydrocurcumin, Aloe Vera, Camphor, Light Liquid Paraffin, Glycerin, or any other component of the formulation.
