Each tablet contains: Cetirizine Dihydrochloride 10 mg and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10 mg.

Dual-action anti-allergic and nasal decongestant formulation used for symptomatic relief of common cold, allergic symptoms, and nasal congestion. Helps reduce sneezing, rhinorrhea, and nasal blockage.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of common cold and nasal congestion associated with allergic conditions.

Cetirizine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that helps relieve allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea. Phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic agent with predominant alpha-adrenergic activity that produces vasoconstriction, thereby relieving nasal congestion and improving nasal airflow.

One tablet daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any component of the formulation. Also contraindicated in severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, patients receiving monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), and patients with hepatic dysfunction.
