Pediatric anti-allergic syrup formulation providing dual-action relief from allergic rhinitis and associated respiratory allergic symptoms. Combines leukotriene receptor antagonism with antihistaminic activity for effective symptom control.

Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

Montelukast inhibits airway cysteinyl leukotriene receptors, thereby reducing leukotriene-mediated bronchoconstriction and airway inflammation. Levocetirizine, the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that helps relieve allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea.

Children aged 2–5 years: 5 ml syrup once daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, other piperazine derivatives, or any component of the formulation. Contraindicated in patients with end-stage renal disease with creatinine clearance below 10 mL/min, patients undergoing hemodialysis, and children aged 6 months to 11 years with impaired renal function.
