Each gram of cream contains Lidocaine 1.5% w/w + Nifedipine 0.3% w/w.

Anorelief Cream is a topical combination of Lidocaine and Nifedipine formulated for the effective management of anal fissures associated with anal sphincter hypertonia. Lidocaine provides rapid local anesthetic action to relieve pain and discomfort, while Nifedipine, a calcium channel blocker, relaxes the internal anal sphincter, improves blood flow, and promotes fissure healing.

Anorelief Cream is indicated for the treatment of anal fissures, particularly those associated with anal sphincter hypertonia.

Nifedipine, a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker, inhibits calcium ion influx through L-type calcium channels, reducing smooth muscle contractility and internal anal sphincter hypertonia. This improves local blood circulation and facilitates healing of anal fissures. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that blocks nerve impulse conduction, providing rapid pain relief and reducing discomfort at the site of application.

Apply Anorelief Cream twice daily for at least 3 weeks, or as directed by the physician.

Anorelief Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Lidocaine, Nifedipine, other amide-type local anesthetics, or any component of the formulation.
