Each tablet contains Etizolam 0.25 mg / 0.5 mg.

Etizep Tablets contain Etizolam, a thienodiazepine derivative with potent anxiolytic, sedative-hypnotic, anticonvulsant, and muscle relaxant properties. It enhances GABA-mediated inhibitory neurotransmission in the central nervous system, providing effective relief from anxiety associated with depression while promoting relaxation and improving sleep quality.

Etizep Tablets are indicated for the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) associated with depression.

Etizolam is a central nervous system (CNS) depressant that acts as an agonist at the benzodiazepine binding site of the GABA-A receptor. It enhances the inhibitory effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), resulting in anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, sedative-hypnotic, and muscle relaxant effects.

The recommended dosage is 0.25 mg to 0.5 mg twice daily. The maximum recommended daily dose is 3 mg, or as directed by the physician.

Etizep Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Etizolam or any component of the formulation.
