Each gram of cream contains Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025% w/w, Clotrimazole 1% w/w, and Neomycin 0.5% w/w.

Derminol Cream is a triple-action topical formulation combining Beclomethasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole, and Neomycin for the effective management of inflammatory skin conditions associated with bacterial and fungal infections. The formulation provides antifungal and antibacterial activity while relieving inflammation, redness, itching, and irritation. It helps promote faster symptom relief and supports the healing of infected skin.

Derminol Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of bacterial and fungal skin infections associated with inflammation. It helps relieve symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling, and discomfort while controlling susceptible microbial infections.

Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that inhibits fungal sterol synthesis by blocking the cytochrome P450-dependent 14α-demethylase enzyme, preventing the conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol. This disrupts fungal cell membrane integrity and inhibits fungal growth. Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that irreversibly binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit and 16S rRNA of susceptible bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis and producing a bactericidal effect. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a topical corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation by inhibiting the release of arachidonic acid, thereby reducing the synthesis of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Together, these ingredients provide antimicrobial protection while reducing inflammation and associated symptoms.

Apply approximately one finger unit of Derminol Cream to the affected area 2–3 times daily, or as directed by the physician.

Derminol Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Beclomethasone Dipropionate, Clotrimazole, Neomycin, or any other component of the formulation. Its use is not recommended in pediatric patients under 12 years of age.
