Fintrix Cream contains Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% w/w.

Fintrix Cream contains Terbinafine, an allylamine antifungal that provides rapid and effective treatment for superficial fungal infections of the skin. It acts by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, leading to fungal cell death. Once-daily application for seven days offers a convenient treatment regimen and helps improve patient compliance.

Fintrix Cream is indicated for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin, hair, and nails.

Terbinafine is an allylamine antifungal that inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, by blocking the enzyme squalene epoxidase. This results in the accumulation of intracellular squalene and disruption of fungal cell membrane integrity, ultimately leading to fungal cell death.

Apply Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% Cream once daily for seven days. The affected area should be thoroughly cleansed and dried before application. Apply a sufficient quantity of cream to completely cover the affected area as well as the surrounding skin, or as directed by the physician.

Fintrix Cream is contraindicated in patients with known or suspected hypersensitivity to Terbinafine or any component of the formulation.
