Haloderm Cream / Lotion is a super-high potency topical corticosteroid containing Halobetasol Propionate 0.05% for the effective management of plaque psoriasis and other corticosteroid-responsive inflammatory dermatoses. It rapidly reduces inflammation, redness, itching, and scaling while helping restore skin comfort. Available in both cream and lotion formulations, it offers flexibility for application on different skin types and body areas, including hair-bearing regions.

Haloderm Cream / Lotion is indicated for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis and other corticosteroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions, as advised by a healthcare professional.

Halobetasol Propionate is a highly potent topical corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. It induces the synthesis of lipocortins, which inhibit phospholipase A₂, thereby preventing the release of arachidonic acid from cell membrane phospholipids. This suppresses the production of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes, resulting in reduced inflammation, erythema, edema, scaling, and itching associated with plaque psoriasis.

Apply a thin layer of Haloderm Cream or Lotion to the affected skin twice daily and rub in gently. Treatment should generally be limited to up to two weeks or as directed by the physician. Discontinue therapy when symptoms have adequately improved.

Haloderm Cream / Lotion is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Halobetasol Propionate or any component of the formulation.
