Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is a stable depigmenting agent that inhibits tyrosinase, the key enzyme responsible for melanin synthesis, thereby reducing pigmentation. Arbutin further suppresses melanin production by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, helping lighten dark spots and discoloration. Glycolic Acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), promotes gentle exfoliation of the epidermis, accelerates skin cell turnover, and enhances the penetration of depigmenting agents, resulting in smoother and brighter skin. Niacinamide helps reduce the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes, improving skin tone and strengthening the skin barrier. Wash hands thoroughly before application. Apply a thin layer of Kojivit Ultra Gel twice daily to the affected area, or as directed by the physician.
Kojivit Ultra Gel is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or other components of the formulation. Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is contraindicated in children and elderly individuals.
