L-Trix Cream contains Luliconazole 1% w/w.

L-Trix Cream contains Luliconazole, a broad-spectrum topical imidazole antifungal agent with potent activity against dermatophytes. It inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis, effectively treating superficial fungal infections such as tinea pedis, tinea cruris, and tinea corporis. The convenient once-daily application improves treatment adherence and clinical outcomes.

L-Trix Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of cutaneous mycoses, including tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea corporis (ringworm) in patients 18 years of age and older.

Luliconazole inhibits fungal lanosterol 14-α-demethylase, an enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane. Inhibition of ergosterol synthesis results in depletion of membrane sterols and accumulation of lanosterol, disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity and inhibiting fungal growth.

For interdigital tinea pedis, apply L-Trix Cream 1% once daily to the affected area and surrounding skin for 2 weeks. For tinea cruris and tinea corporis, apply once daily to the affected and surrounding area for 1 week, or as directed by the physician.

L-Trix Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Luliconazole or any of the excipients present in the formulation.
