Each mouth dissolving tablet contains Loratadine 10 mg.

Lorinol MD Tablet is a mouth dissolving, long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine containing Loratadine 10 mg. It provides effective relief from allergic symptoms by selectively blocking peripheral histamine H1 receptors. The mouth dissolving formulation offers convenient administration without the need for water, making it suitable for patients requiring quick and easy dosing. It helps relieve sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, watery eyes, and skin allergies while maintaining prolonged symptom control.

Lorinol MD Tablet is indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, acute coryza, and chronic idiopathic urticaria. It provides effective relief from symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergies, including sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal itching, itchy or watery eyes, and allergic skin reactions.

Loratadine is a second-generation tricyclic antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonistic activity. By blocking histamine H1 receptors, it inhibits the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions, thereby reducing symptoms such as sneezing, itching, rhinorrhea, and urticaria. Due to its minimal penetration of the blood-brain barrier, Loratadine produces little or no clinically significant sedation at recommended doses.

The recommended dosage is one mouth dissolving tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician.

Lorinol MD Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Loratadine or any other component of the formulation.
