Each tablet contains Loratadine 10 mg.

Lorinol Tablet is a long-acting, second-generation antihistamine containing Loratadine 10 mg. It provides effective relief from allergic conditions by selectively blocking peripheral histamine H1 receptors. The formulation helps control itching, wheals, and other allergy-related symptoms while causing minimal sedation at the recommended dose, making it suitable for once-daily administration.

Lorinol Tablet is indicated for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. It helps relieve symptoms such as itching, hives, and allergic skin reactions associated with chronic urticaria.

Loratadine is a second-generation tricyclic antihistamine with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonistic activity. It inhibits the action of histamine at peripheral H1 receptors, thereby reducing allergic symptoms such as itching, erythema, and wheal formation. Due to its minimal penetration across the blood-brain barrier, Loratadine produces little or no clinically significant sedation at therapeutic doses.

The recommended dosage is one tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician.

Lorinol Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Loratadine or any other component of the formulation.
