Each gram of gel contains Clindamycin Phosphate 1% w/w, Nicotinamide 4% w/w, with Aloe Vera.

Nilac Gel is an advanced topical anti-acne formulation containing Clindamycin Phosphate, Nicotinamide, and Aloe Vera. It helps combat acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation, controls excess sebum production, and soothes irritated skin. The addition of Aloe Vera provides moisturizing and calming effects, making the formulation suitable for acne-prone skin while helping minimize redness and irritation associated with breakouts.

Nilac Gel is indicated for the topical treatment of acne vulgaris. It helps reduce inflammatory acne lesions, control bacterial growth, improve skin appearance, and prevent the development of new acne lesions.

Clindamycin Phosphate is a lincosamide antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, thereby suppressing the growth of Cutibacterium acnes (formerly Propionibacterium acnes), a key organism involved in acne development. It also reduces the concentration of free fatty acids on the skin, decreasing inflammation. Nicotinamide (Niacinamide) possesses anti-inflammatory and sebostatic properties, helping reduce inflammatory lesions and regulate sebum production. Aloe Vera provides soothing, moisturizing, and skin-conditioning effects, helping relieve irritation and support the skin barrier.

Apply a thin layer of Nilac Gel to the affected area twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

Nilac Gel is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Clindamycin Phosphate, Nicotinamide, Aloe Vera, or any other component of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with a history of regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis, or antibiotic-associated colitis.
