Each tablet contains Clonazepam 0.25 mg + Propranolol Hydrochloride 10 mg / 20 mg.

Petril Beta Tablets combine Clonazepam, a benzodiazepine anxiolytic, with Propranolol Hydrochloride, a non-selective beta-blocker, to provide effective management of anxiety disorders. The combination relieves psychological symptoms of anxiety while reducing physical manifestations such as palpitations, tremors, and elevated heart rate.

Petril Beta Tablets are indicated for the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Clonazepam enhances the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, producing anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant, and sedative effects. Propranolol Hydrochloride is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker that inhibits the action of catecholamines (adrenaline and noradrenaline) on beta-1 and beta-2 receptors, resulting in reduced heart rate, blood pressure, and physical symptoms associated with anxiety.

The recommended dosage is one tablet once daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by the physician.
