Phytoral B Cream contains Ketoconazole 2% w/w and Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025% w/w.

Phytoral B Cream combines the broad-spectrum antifungal activity of Ketoconazole with the anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects of Beclomethasone Dipropionate. It effectively treats inflammatory fungal skin infections while providing rapid relief from itching, redness, irritation, and inflammation associated with dermatophytic and candidal infections.

Phytoral B Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of fungal infections, including candidiasis, chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis, vaginal candidiasis, oral thrush, candiduria, and other susceptible fungal skin infections.

Ketoconazole is an imidazole antifungal agent that inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, resulting in disruption of membrane integrity and inhibition of fungal growth. Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a topical corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties that helps reduce inflammation, erythema, swelling, and itching associated with fungal skin infections.

Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application. Apply a sufficient quantity of Phytoral B Cream to the affected skin twice daily or as directed by the physician. If no clinical improvement is observed within 2 weeks, reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary.

Phytoral B Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Ketoconazole, Beclomethasone Dipropionate, or any component of the formulation.
