Each tablet contains Risperidone 4 mg + Trihexyphenidyl 2 mg.

Rispond Forte is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Risperidone, Trihexyphenidyl, or any component of the formulation, and in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma.
