Each cream contains Glycerin 15% w/w and Petrolatum 8% w/w.

Secalia Cream is a moisturizing and skin-protective formulation designed to restore hydration and strengthen the skin's natural barrier. The combination of Glycerin and Petrolatum provides long-lasting moisturization by attracting and retaining moisture while forming a protective barrier against environmental irritants. It helps soothe dry, rough, chapped, and cracked skin, leaving it soft, smooth, and well-hydrated.

Secalia Cream is indicated for the management of chapped or cracked skin and lips and helps protect the skin from drying effects caused by environmental exposure, including wind, cold weather, and low humidity.

Glycerin is a humectant and emollient that attracts moisture into the outer layers of the skin, improving hydration and soothing dry, irritated skin. Petrolatum acts as an occlusive moisturizer, forming a protective barrier on the skin surface that reduces transepidermal water loss and shields the skin from harsh environmental conditions such as wind and cold weather. Together, these ingredients help restore the skin barrier and maintain optimal skin hydration.

Cleanse the affected area before application. Apply Secalia Cream liberally until the entire affected area is covered. Reapply as needed or as directed by the physician.

Secalia Cream is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Glycerin, Petrolatum, or any other component of the formulation.
