Each tablet contains Solifenacin Succinate 5 mg.

Urgiso Tablets contain Solifenacin Succinate, a selective antimuscarinic agent that helps manage symptoms of overactive bladder. The formulation reduces urinary urgency, frequency, and urge urinary incontinence by relaxing bladder smooth muscle and increasing bladder storage capacity, thereby improving bladder control and quality of life.

Urgiso Tablets are indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with urge urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, and increased urinary frequency.

Solifenacin Succinate is a competitive muscarinic receptor antagonist with functional selectivity for the M3 muscarinic receptors, which are primarily responsible for contraction of urinary bladder smooth muscle. By blocking the binding of acetylcholine to these receptors, Solifenacin reduces involuntary bladder contractions, decreases bladder smooth muscle tone, and increases bladder capacity. This results in reduced episodes of urinary urgency, urinary frequency, and urge urinary incontinence, improving overall bladder storage function in patients with overactive bladder.

The recommended starting dose is 5 mg once daily. If well tolerated, the dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily. Urgiso Tablets may be taken with or without food, or as directed by the physician.

Urgiso Tablets are contraindicated in patients with urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma, or known hypersensitivity to Solifenacin Succinate or any component of the formulation.
