Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 5 mg.

Advanced anti-allergic formulation containing levocetirizine for effective relief from allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria. Provides long-lasting symptomatic control with selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonism.
Indications
Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria.
Pharmacodynamics
Levocetirizine, the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist. It inhibits histamine-mediated allergic responses, thereby reducing symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, itching, and urticaria.
Dosage and administration
Administer orally with or without food. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and above: 5 mg once daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years: 2.5 mg daily or as directed by the physician.
Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to levocetirizine or any formulation component, patients with end-stage renal impairment (creatinine clearance below 10 mL/min), patients undergoing hemodialysis, and children aged 6–11 years with renal impairment.
