Levocetirizine, the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that relieves histamine-mediated allergic symptoms. Montelukast inhibits airway cysteinyl leukotriene receptors, thereby reducing leukotriene-mediated inflammation and bronchoconstriction associated with allergic conditions.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: One dispersible tablet once daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, other piperazine derivatives, or any component of the formulation. Contraindicated in children with impaired renal function and in children aged 6–11 years with renal impairment.
