Each uncoated bilayered tablet contains Montelukast Sodium IP equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg and Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride IP 5 mg.

Dual-action anti-allergic formulation combining antihistaminic and leukotriene receptor antagonist activities for comprehensive management of allergic rhinitis. Helps relieve sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and associated allergic symptoms.

Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in adults only.

Montelukast inhibits airway cysteinyl leukotriene receptors, thereby reducing leukotriene-mediated bronchoconstriction and airway inflammation. Levocetirizine, the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that provides relief from histamine-mediated allergic symptoms.

Adults above 15 years: One tablet once daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, other piperazine derivatives, or any component of the formulation.
