By inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, it effectively reduces ocular inflammation, relieves postoperative pain, and supports patient comfort during recovery after cataract surgery.

BFN Eye Drops are indicated for the treatment of postoperative inflammation and pain in patients who have undergone cataract extraction.

Bromfenac Sodium is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exerts its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes. This inhibition reduces prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing postoperative ocular inflammation and pain associated with cataract surgery.

Instill one drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) two to four times daily, or as directed by the ophthalmologist.

BFN Eye Drops are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Bromfenac Sodium, other NSAIDs, or any component of the formulation.
