Pediatric dual-action anti-allergic suspension combining antihistaminic and leukotriene receptor antagonist activities for effective management of allergic rhinitis. Provides relief from sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and associated allergic symptoms.

Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children aged 6 to 11 years with a body weight of at least 20 kg.

Bilastine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist with moderate to high affinity for histamine H1-receptors and minimal affinity for muscarinic, serotonergic, dopaminergic, and noradrenergic receptors. Montelukast is a selective cysteinyl leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits leukotriene-mediated bronchoconstriction and airway inflammation associated with allergic conditions.

Administer 5 ml oral suspension once daily, one hour before or two hours after meals, preferably at the same time each day for 2 weeks or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bilastine, montelukast, or any component of the formulation.
