Each tablet contains Bilastine 20 mg and Montelukast 10 mg.

Dual-action anti-allergic formulation combining antihistaminic and leukotriene receptor antagonist activities for effective management of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. Provides relief from sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, itching, and watery eyes.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinoconjunctivitis in adults.

Bilastine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist with moderate to high affinity for histamine H1-receptors and minimal affinity for muscarinic, serotonergic, dopaminergic, and noradrenergic receptors. Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors, thereby suppressing allergic inflammation and bronchoconstriction associated with allergic conditions.

Adults and adolescents aged 15 years and above: One tablet once daily at night for relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms. The tablet should be taken one hour before or two hours after food or fruit juice intake.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bilastine, montelukast, or any component of the formulation.
