Non-sedating antihistaminic oral solution formulated for effective relief of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis and urticaria in pediatric patients. Provides selective peripheral H1-receptor blockade with minimal central nervous system effects.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial) and urticaria.

Bilastine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist with moderate to high affinity for histamine H1-receptors. It exhibits no significant affinity for muscarinic, serotonergic, dopaminergic, or noradrenergic receptors, thereby effectively reducing histamine-mediated allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, rhinorrhea, and urticaria.

Children aged 6 to 11 years with body weight of at least 20 kg: 10 mg bilastine (4 ml oral solution) once daily for relief of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis and urticaria symptoms or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bilastine or any component of the formulation.
