Each tablet contains Bilastine 20 mg.

Non-sedating antihistaminic formulation designed for effective symptomatic relief of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis and urticaria. Provides selective peripheral H1-receptor blockade with minimal affinity for other receptor systems.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhino-conjunctivitis (seasonal and perennial) and urticaria in adults.

Bilastine is a selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist with moderate to high affinity for histamine H1-receptors. It exhibits no significant affinity for muscarinic, serotonergic, dopaminergic, or noradrenergic receptors, thereby effectively reducing histamine-mediated allergic symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, itching, and urticaria.

Recommended dosage: One tablet once daily, administered 1 hour before or 2 hours after food or fruit juice intake, or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to bilastine or any component of the formulation.
