Each tablet contains Glimepiride 1 mg, Metformin Hydrochloride 500 mg (Sustained Release), and Voglibose 0.3 mg.

Diapride M1 HV Tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who remain inadequately controlled with dual antidiabetic therapy along with diet and exercise.

Glimepiride lowers blood glucose primarily by stimulating insulin secretion from functioning pancreatic β-cells and also exerts extra-pancreatic effects that improve insulin sensitivity. The recommended dosage is one tablet taken orally twice daily before meals or as directed by the treating physician. Dosage should be individualized according to the patient's glycemic response and overall clinical condition.

Diapride M1 HV Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Glimepiride, Metformin, Voglibose, or any component of the formulation. The medication is also contraindicated in patients with acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
