Each tablet contains Glimepiride 3 mg and Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg (Sustained Release).

Diapride M3 Forte Tablets are indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and single-agent therapy do not provide adequate glycemic control.

Diapride M3 Forte Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Glimepiride, Metformin, or any component of the formulation. The medication is also contraindicated in patients with acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
