Each tablet contains Sitagliptin 50 mg, Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg (Sustained Release), and Glimepiride 1 mg/2 mg.

Sitagliptin enhances endogenous incretin activity by inhibiting dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), resulting in glucose-dependent insulin release. Diapride MS Forte Tablets are contraindicated in patients with renal impairment, known hypersensitivity to Sitagliptin, Metformin Hydrochloride, Glimepiride, or any component of the formulation, and in patients with acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis.
