Each tablet contains Glipizide 5 mg and Metformin 500 mg.

Dibizide M Tablets are indicated for the management of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (Type 2 diabetes mellitus) in adults requiring combination oral antidiabetic therapy to achieve adequate glycemic control.

Dibizide M combines two antihyperglycemic agents with complementary mechanisms of action. Glipizide lowers blood glucose primarily by stimulating insulin release from functioning pancreatic β-cells. Dibizide M Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Glipizide, Metformin, or any component of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, including diabetic ketoacidosis, with or without coma.
