Each tablet contains Diclofenac Sodium 50 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg.

Divon Plus is a fixed-dose combination of Diclofenac Sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. The combination provides effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever by acting through complementary mechanisms. It helps reduce joint pain, stiffness, and swelling while improving mobility in patients with inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders.

Divon Plus is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It may also be used for the management of other painful inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions as directed by a physician.

Diclofenac Sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol acts primarily as an analgesic and antipyretic by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis within the central nervous system, providing effective pain relief and fever reduction with minimal peripheral anti-inflammatory activity.

The recommended dosage for adults is one tablet two to three times daily, preferably after meals, or as directed by the treating physician.

Divon Plus is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol, or any component of the formulation. It should not be used in patients who have experienced asthma, urticaria, or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs. The product is also contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain associated with coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery and in patients with severe or active hepatic impairment.
