Each 5 mL suspension contains Paracetamol 125 mg + Mefenamic Acid 50 mg

Combination analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory suspension formulated for effective relief from fever, body pain and inflammatory pain conditions in children.

Indicated for the treatment of fever, pain and inflammatory conditions in paediatric patients.

Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic agent that elevates the pain threshold and reduces fever. Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and release at the site of injury, providing analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.

6 months–1 year: 5 mL; 2–4 years: 7.5 mL; 5–8 years: 10 mL; 8–10 years: 15 mL; 10–12 years: 20 mL up to three times daily orally or as directed by the physician.

`Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol, mefenamic acid or formulation components, severe hepatic dysfunction and pre-existing renal disease.
