Each film-coated tablet contains Tramadol Hydrochloride IP 37.5 mg + Paracetamol IP 325 mg

Combination analgesic formulation providing effective short-term relief from moderate to severe acute pain. Combines opioid analgesic action with antipyretic and analgesic properties for enhanced pain management.

Indicated for the short-term management (up to 5 days) of moderate to severe acute pain in adults.

Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic that inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, thereby modulating pain transmission. Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic that weakly inhibits prostaglandin synthesis within the central nervous system through COX-2 inhibition.

Initiate therapy with two tablets every 4–6 hours as needed for pain relief. Maximum dose: 8 tablets per day or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol or formulation components and in situations where opioids are contraindicated, including acute intoxication with alcohol, hypnotics, narcotics, centrally acting analgesics, opioids or psychotropic drugs.
