Each tablet contains Paracetamol 500 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg

Combination analgesic and muscle relaxant formulation used for relief of acute painful musculoskeletal conditions associated with muscle spasm and inflammation.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute inflammation associated with muscle spasm in adults.

Paracetamol possesses analgesic and antipyretic properties by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) pathways involved in prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain perception. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that selectively binds to GABA-A receptors and activates inhibitory motor pathways to reduce muscle contractions and spasm.

One tablet three times daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol, thiocolchicoside or any component of the formulation, pregnancy, lactation and severe hepatic impairment or active liver disease.
