Dolopar Gel is indicated for the local relief of pain and inflammation that is amenable to topical treatment, including osteoarthritis of the knees and hands, muscle pain, sprains, strains, sports injuries, backache, and other musculoskeletal conditions requiring topical anti-inflammatory therapy.

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. It inhibits the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Methyl Salicylate provides additional analgesic and counter-irritant effects, while Menthol produces a cooling sensation that helps alleviate pain.
