Double-strength combination analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory suspension formulated for effective relief from fever, body pain and inflammatory pain conditions in children.

Indicated for the treatment of fever, body pain and inflammatory pain conditions in paediatric patients.

Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic agent that elevates the pain threshold and reduces fever. Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and release at the site of injury, thereby providing analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.

Recommended dose: 60 mg/kg body weight/day in 4 divided doses or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol or formulation components and in severe or active hepatic impairment.
