Each tablet contains Paracetamol 500 mg + Caffeine 25 mg

Combination analgesic and antipyretic formulation used for effective relief from fever, headache, body pain and fatigue-associated pain conditions. Caffeine enhances analgesic efficacy and helps improve alertness.

Indicated for the treatment of body pain, headache, fever and associated discomfort.

Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic agent that elevates the pain threshold and reduces fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis within the central nervous system. Caffeine acts as an adjuvant analgesic by inhibiting pain signal transmission, stimulating neuronal activity and regulating vascular tone, thereby enhancing pain relief.

One to two tablets every 4–6 hours when necessary. Maximum dose: 8 tablets in 24 hours or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol, caffeine or any component of the formulation and in severe or active hepatic impairment.
