Each tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg.

Dolowin Forte is indicated for the relief of pain and swelling associated with muscle pain, joint pain, soft tissue injuries, postoperative pain, sprains, strains, and other acute inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions requiring combined analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-edematous therapy.

Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It acts primarily by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that acts predominantly within the central nervous system by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, providing effective pain relief and fever reduction with minimal peripheral anti-inflammatory activity. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that binds to alpha-2-macroglobulin in the bloodstream while retaining its enzymatic activity. It gradually concentrates at sites of inflammation, where it reduces inflammatory exudates, promotes drainage of accumulated fluids, decreases tissue swelling, and supports faster recovery.

The recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily, taken as one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening, or as directed by the treating physician. The tablets should preferably be taken after meals.

Dolowin Forte is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, or any component of the formulation. It should not be used in patients with active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease or gastrointestinal hemorrhage, particularly those with two or more confirmed episodes of ulceration or bleeding.
