Each tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg.

Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with marked anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It acts primarily by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an aniline derivative with analgesic and antipyretic properties. Its mechanism of action is believed to involve inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis within the central nervous system, providing effective pain relief and fever reduction with minimal peripheral anti-inflammatory activity.

The recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily, preferably with or after food, or as directed by the treating physician.

Dolowin Plus is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, paracetamol, or any component of the formulation. It should also not be used in patients with active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease or gastrointestinal hemorrhage, particularly those with two or more confirmed episodes of ulceration or bleeding.
