Each tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg/8 mg.

Dolowin TC is a fixed-dose combination of the NSAID Aceclofenac and the muscle relaxant Thiocolchicoside, designed to provide effective relief from pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm. It combines potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic action with skeletal muscle relaxation, making it particularly useful in acute musculoskeletal conditions associated with painful muscle spasms.

Dolowin TC is indicated for the treatment of acute inflammatory conditions associated with muscle spasm in adults. It is commonly used for painful musculoskeletal disorders such as acute back pain, cervical pain, sprains, strains, and other inflammatory conditions accompanied by muscle stiffness and spasm.

Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis responsible for pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside is a centrally acting muscle relaxant with affinity for inhibitory glycine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA-A) receptors. Through its glycomimetic and GABA-mimetic activity, it reduces muscle hypertonia and relieves painful muscle spasms without significantly affecting voluntary muscle strength.

The recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily after food, or as directed by the treating physician.

Dolowin TC is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Thiocolchicoside, or any component of the formulation, as well as in those with active or recurrent peptic ulcer disease or gastrointestinal haemorrhage.
