Ebastine is a long-acting, non-sedating, second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors, thereby reducing histamine-mediated allergic symptoms and bronchoconstriction. Phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic agent with predominant alpha-adrenergic activity that produces vasoconstriction and relieves nasal congestion without significant central nervous system stimulation.

Adults and children above 12 years: One tablet orally once daily or as directed by the physician.
