Each film-coated tablet contains Ebastine 10 mg and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10 mg.

Dual-action anti-allergic and nasal decongestant formulation designed for short-term relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms. Combines selective antihistaminic action with vasoconstrictive decongestant activity for effective symptom control.

Indicated for short-duration therapy in patients with allergic rhinitis.

Ebastine is a selective H1-receptor antagonist that provides rapid and long-lasting inhibition of histamine-mediated allergic responses. Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic agonist that produces vasoconstriction, thereby reducing nasal congestion and improving nasal airflow. Systemic exposure to phenylephrine may also increase peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure.

One tablet orally once daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to ebastine, phenylephrine, or any component of the formulation. Concurrent administration with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) is contraindicated. Phenylephrine should be avoided during pregnancy due to the risk of uterine smooth muscle contractility and umbilical vasospasm.
