Each film-coated tablet contains Ebastine 20 mg and Montelukast 10 mg.

Dual-action anti-allergic formulation combining long-acting antihistaminic and leukotriene receptor antagonist activities for effective management of allergic rhinitis. Provides prolonged relief from sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and associated allergic symptoms.

Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in adults.

Ebastine is a long-acting antihistamine with strong affinity for peripheral H1-receptors, producing rapid and sustained inhibition of histamine-mediated allergic responses. Montelukast inhibits airway cysteinyl leukotriene receptors, thereby reducing leukotriene-mediated inflammation and bronchoconstriction associated with allergic conditions.

One tablet orally once daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to ebastine, montelukast, or any component of the formulation.
