Each tablet contains Etoricoxib 60 mg, 90 mg, or 120 mg.

Etorica is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation while minimizing gastrointestinal irritation associated with non-selective NSAIDs. It offers potent analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects and is suitable for managing acute and chronic inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions requiring once-daily therapy.

Etorica is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders where selective COX-2 inhibition is appropriate.

Etoricoxib selectively inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. By selectively blocking COX-2, it reduces inflammation, pain, and fever while largely preserving COX-1 activity, thereby reducing the risk of gastrointestinal adverse effects compared with conventional non-selective NSAIDs.

Etorica is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Etoricoxib or any component of the formulation, during pregnancy and lactation, and in patients with active peptic ulcer disease or active gastrointestinal bleeding.
